Laggy but satisfying

This game is the biggest/laggiest game I have, but I havent played a boxing game since 2006 and that was one of my favourite games. I forgot what it was called but Real Boxing reminds me of it. It is a fun and satisfying, yet laggy game. I like the game a lot and I love how the game has character presets that you can customize yourself and Real Boxing gives you the ability to choose your country. I chose America, of course becuase I am American, and i chose the name Apollo Creed. I think multiplayer, lower graphics options (to lower lag), and a few more arenas and character customization options would improve the game much for my liking. I’m just one person so my opinion doesn’t matter that much, but this is my review after all. Real Boxing truly is very “real” as the name implies. I am looking forward to what the creator(s) of the game have in store for us players and I’ll keep fightin’ my way to the the top of the world with Apollo Creed!!! If any readers don’t know who Apollo Creed is then they need to watch Rocky with Sylvester Stallone. Thanks for the game!

Can be Compared to Fight Night

Awesome game once you get the hang of it. If you are a Fight Night fan this game is definately for you. This game could easily be priced at no less than 10.00$ bucks but ITS FREE!!!

Really poor

Graphics: very, very humble. Gameplay: just not there. It’s not fun nor engaging. Features: pretty barebones. All in all, a pretty bad game.

real boxing

I thought I had a winner for a second but it is a true loser! I am on a macbook pro and I’ll be honest , You can’t really see your man hitting your opponent and the controls don’t really move to exacting. You end up just pushing buttons crazily in a no rime nor reason kind of fashion.! Save your self the anxiety this isn’t worth a plugged nickel! Sony play station boxing makes this look like a joke 10 years ago! Who ever wrote this program needs to go back to school!

Unresponsive/unreliable controls

The controls are way too laggy and unreliably. The dodge button doesn’t *actually* execute a dodge most of the time, so the whole thing just becomes a button mash fest—jab jab jab jab jab… no depth to the fighting system at all.

Very good

this game is very fun saying that it is very realistic

Even for free….

Emulators are free as well, and this isn’t better than Mike Tysons Punchout on NES

Great, Fun Game. But could be alot better

This is my first time playing Real Boxing, and so far i have enjoyed the fights and training. The graphics on the game are fantastic. I would definately recommend this game to a friend. but on a down note this game consumes so much battery/power on my macbook Air, with a 6 round fight of 2 mins a piece, totaling out to about 15 mintues on the game my battery will go from 100 percent to about 69 percent or lower. The scoring system when in a fight is incorrect, there are many judges surrounding the ring when a fight is going on but its a game so three will do. but idk what the judges look for in fights anymore so i will just go for the KO everytime now. example on my last fight hopefully the numbers are aligned. Round 1 Me 56/72 Round 2 60/75 and Round 3 23/47 KO with 3 knock downs CPU 21/28 14/24 22/34 In the final tell the score from the judges said that i lost the two first rounds, regaurdless of the fact that i threw and landed more hits and had more combination hits with a knock down. some can say that well the CPU had a higher hit percentage, which should not be the case when they were body hits. but from a boxing background looking at these scores shows that the CPU was in defense the entire time, so i a 3 minute fight my fighter threw 18/24 or 19/24 punches a minute while the CPU 7/9 per minute. In a real boxing match if an opponet hits you 56 times in one round shows that they were in charge of that round which should equal a round win, any form of knock downs count as a bonus to that round, but somehow in the game more hits and more knockdowns and combination hits lead to a defeat by decision.???

Locks up and Restart my Macbook Pro

Fun game, could paly for hours but I find after 10 minutes or so my Mac locks op, screen goes black and in a few cases playing it restarts my computer.

Will not load on my 2013 iMac

1 star, can’t get it to even load…, gets stuck on loading screen. Pass this one by.

Real Boxing

Game is ok. Worked ok for a couple of times but then it started working very choppy and the screen would go black. I uninstalled and installed again. The same thing happened. Very disappointed.

no way

Game does not live up to the hype, it is cool at first but does not react to the comand it is given fast enough.

dispihkable

worked well… but the controls are terrible and it is an inaccurate mashfest because blocking, dodging, all of the timing is just … off. Terrible. removing.

Won’t Even Play.

I don’t know if it’s my mac or the game. All I know is the game won’t play. Whenever I try to play it, it plays but it always says not responding right after… ;l

I train so hard!

Training is good if you like detailed graphics versions of simon says with bad choice of typography for I and O (thought it 1 and 0 it wanted me to press). What? You want to fight now?! That’s oh so brutal! How about we play a lovely game of watch the spinning beachball instead. I WUV beach balls; reminds me of the … beach. At $FREE it’s still too expensive for what you get.

Not Yosemite compadible

Like the game but since my upgrade to Yosemite its reaking havock with my MacBook Pro 2011 baseline model computer…Tried to delete and reinstall to no avail.. sad to see it go..

App got deleted and there’s no way to recover my profile after redownloading?

Any help? 5 star if fixed.

It’s okay.

Have to pay some money for some stuff.

Can’t hate if you don’t play

I downloaded this app for nothing. I can’t even train, nothing game always crashes so I uninstalled. I have Capitan version maybe that has something to do with it.

Too easy to figure out

The game has great graphics and sound and the game play is good, but too easy. It didnt take long to figure out how to win in single player mode. Be stronger then your opponent and punch more often. Once you win the golden belt using that strategy, there should be a way to defend your title. Having a legendary fighter like Mike Tyson in his prime fight you would be cool too. I didnt like how I could train once every 4-5 fights until I fured out I could avoid training altogether buy just buying the % I needed with coins. More content would be nice
